4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Of A Combine And Agricultural Tractor Training Simulator With A Diagnostic Computer For The School Complex Of The Władysław Grabski Agricultural Training Center In Sędziejowice. Covered By The Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device, Without Burdens, The Rights Of Third Parties, Meeting At Least The Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, • Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials Necessary To Launch And Use), And Its Purchase And Use Of It As Intended Does Not Violate The Law, Including The Rights Of Third Parties, And In Terms Of Security, It Is Equipped With Ce, Wiring, Assembly Accessories, Power Supplies And All Other Components, Ensuring Proper Installation And Use (E.G. Power Cords). 4.4. Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities Under The Performance Of An Employment Contract, As There Is No Actions Of Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art.
