Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High -Metane Gas For The Creative Work House In Radziejowice For The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2027
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Collection Point/Points According To Annex 1 To Swz - Supply Of Gas Fuel Together With The Distribution Service To The Ordering Facilities, The Amount Of Fuel Demand 1,800 282 Kwh (Basic Order). 2. Gas Fuel Should Be Supplied Around The Clock To The Delivery And Receiving Points Listed In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Which Is Owned By The Ordering Party With The Gas Operators Gas Network. 3. In The Course Of The Order, The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gas Fuel To +/- 10% Relative To The Amount Of Gas Fuel For The Basic Order. An Increase Will Occur On The Basis Of The Right Option. The Principles, Scope And Manner Of Using The Above -Mentioned The Above Are Described In Annex 2 To Swz - The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Para. 3 And 4.4. The Settlement Of The Distribution And Purchase Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, Distribution Tariff And Sales Approved By The President Of Ure.5. Information On The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz - The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract.
