1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Retrofitting Of Two Police Units Of The Kwp In Lublin At The Video Conferencing Terminals Together With The Warranty Service For The Supplied Equipment And Training Of Users In The Units To Which The Terminals Will Be Delivered And Installed, In Accordance With The Documents Attached To Swz: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex 5 To Swz And The Contract With Attachments - Annex 6 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: Delivery, Assembly, Startup And Configuration Of Video Conference Terminals Together With Equipment In The Following Set: Six Monitors Or Tvs, Three Terminals, Three 4K Splitters, Three Stands For Two Monitors/Tvs With Equipment. Above The Range Will Be Installed In Two Units Of The Ordering Party, As Part Of The First Equipment Of The Newly Built Barracks Building At Ul. Grenadiers In Lublin. In Addition, The Employer Requires Training Of End Users In Each Unit To Which The Terminals And The Provision Of The Warranty Service Service Will Be Delivered And Installed For Min. 36 Months (According To Attachments To Swz). 3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Order Documents, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Template Of The Contract, Constituting Attachments To Swz.
