Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Lighting In The Commune Of Pogorzela

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Street And Park Lighting Fixtures In Led Technology In The Amount Of 495 Pcs. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of 495 Pcs Of Non -Tenergo -Saving (Sodium) Luminaires By Replacing Them With Complete Led Luminaires Guaranteeing The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Binding And At The Same Time Having A Total Of Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i Or Equivalent. The Contractor Will Deliver And Install New Luminaires Produced In The European Union Or New Luminaires Allowed For Use In The European Union. The Scope Of The Order Entirely Includes Devices Owned By Enea Śląnegna Sp. Z O.O. Pursuant To § 2 Para. 4 Of The Loan Agreement Of September 29, 2025. All Assembly Works Of The Luminaires Or Parts Thereof, As Well As Renovation Works, Can Only Be Carried Out By Entities With The Consent Of Enea Lighting As The Owner. For The Implementation Of The Task, It Is Required To Obtain The Consent Of Enea Lighting Sp. Z O.O. Given The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Allow Work To Work On The Estate Of Enea Śląnej Sp. Z O.O. Issued By The Owner Of The Equipment And Submit Them With The Offer.
