1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Diagnostic Tests2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1A To Swz - Assortment And Price Form. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 10 Parts/Packages, Each Of Which Is A Separate Subject Of The Contract: Package No. 1 - Diagnostic Test For Detecting Psychotropic Substances/Drugs In Urine. 4. The Subject And Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Contract Should Be In Accordance With The Act Of 7 April 2022 On Medical Devices And The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Eu) 2017/745 Of 5 April 2017 On Medical Devices Or The Regulation Of The European Parliament And The Council (Eu) 2017/746 Of 5 April 2017 On Medical Products For Diagnostics In Vitro ( And With Other Applicable Right Regulations In This Respect, Provided That The Offered Item Is A Medical Device. 5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding The Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
