The Investment Is Located At Ul. Partyzantów 6 In Leipzig On Plots No. 638/5, 639/5, 640/8, 640/11. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit Decision Of Leipzig Staroste No. 69 2025 Of 14.08.2025. As Part Of The Investment, The Expansion Of The Kindergarten Building For A Nursery Is Foreseen. The Object In Question Is A One -Story, Non -Basement Building, Covered With A Gable Roof With A Non -Usable Attic With A Traditional, Masonry Structure. The Facility Provides For 3 Stay Rooms With Administrative, Sanitary, Social, Gastronomic, Technical And Economic Facilities With A Total Usable Area Of ​​576.42 M2. The Facility Will Be Used By 40 Children Up To 3 Years Old And Max. 16 Staff People.
