The Contracting Authority Requires The Offered Car To Be Brand New. 3. The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Admission To Use In Fire Protection In Poland Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On A List Of Products To Ensure Public Safety Or Health And Life Protection, As Well As The Principles Of Issuing Admission Of These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007 No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended). The Certificate Of Admission To The Vehicle Is To Include All The Equipment Of The Vehicle. Compulsory And Important Certificate/Certificate Of Admission Should Be Delivered At The Latest On The Day Of Technical And Quality Acceptance. 4. The Car Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Privileged Vehicles. 5. Required Warranty Period: Min. 24 Months. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz - Minimum Technical Requirements. 7. All Requirements Specified In Annex 3 Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.8.
