Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Services In The Field Of Preparation For Printing Scientific Publications Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences In The Field Of Technical Sciences

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Provision Of Services In The Field Of Print Preparation (Composition And Violation) Of Scientific Publications Of The Polish Academy Of Technical Sciences: 1113 Publishing Sheets (Presented In Annex 8 To Swz). A) In The Case Of Publications Listed In Annex 8 To Swz, It Is Necessary To Restore Layout Or - For The Indicated Publications - The Implementation Of A New Layout Project And A New Cover Project. If The Need Arises, It Is Required To Overcome The Mathematical Patterns Sent In The Form Of A Picture, One- And/Or Multi-Stage, And Chemical In Accordance With The Layout While Maintaining The Required Type Of Writing. The Cover Should Be Sent Together With Materials For The First And Second Correction.B) The Contractor Each Time After Completing Work On A Given Publication Will Provide The Employer With Open Publication Files In The Form Of Latech File Files Containing All Used In The Publication Of The Link And Fonts Within 7 Days Of The Date Of Completion Of Work On A Given Title. Open Files Will Be Transferred Via Ftp Or Another, Agreed With The Contractor. C) The Ordering Party From The Date Of The Contract Within 12 Months Will Be Successively Transferred For Performance (Preparation For Printing And/Or Online Publications). Another Scientific Publications Listed In Annex 8 To Swz.D) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Option (In Whole Or In Part) In The Event That It Is In The Interest Of The Contracting Authority And Result From Its Current Needs. The Ordering Party To Order As Part Of The Contract Of An Additional Number Of Publishing Sheets In The Number: A Maximum Of 50 With Restoration Of Layouts Or The Implementation Of New Layout Projects And New Cover Designs. The Contracting Authority Will Provide The Contractors Written Information About The Need To Implement The Option During The Contract. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Take Advantage Of The Contractors Option, No Claims Are Entitled To. If The Contracting Authority Uses The Option, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform The Benefit Within The Scope Covered By The Option. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Use The Order Option Many Times - But Until The Maximum Range Of Options Is Exhausted. Order In An Amount Exceeding The Option Requires Amendments To The Contract. H) The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Reduce The Basic Order By A Maximum Of 30%. And) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1 To Swz.
