The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure Photographs Related To The Activities And Presentations Of The Contracting Authority Or To Support The Promotion Of Tourist Attractions Of The Czech Republic In The Framework Of The Marketing Activities Of The Contracting Authority. These Are Photographs For Use On The Internet, Social Networks And Marketing Materials Created By The Contracting Authority, Including Use In Advertisements In The Czech Republic Or Abroad, Especially In Neighboring Countries, Other European Union Countries, North America, China, Japan, South Korea And Elsewhere. Photos Can Also Be Used By The Contracting Authorities. Among Other Things, The Photographs Will Be Stored And Further Distributed Via The Contracting Authoritys Photo Bank, Namely Registered To The Professional And General Public According To The Conditions Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Demand All Photographs In Various Forms Outside The Above -Mentioned Demonstrative List. The Contracting Authority Asks For The Provision Of Photographic Works Throughout The Czech Republic, Production, Postproduction And Retouching Of Photographs, Providing Models, Actors And Casting For Photography, Securing Rights To Portraying, Transfer Of Licensing Rights To The Contracting Authority, Eg In The Form Of Exclusive And Locally Unlimited Licenses. All Activities Of The Selected Supplier Within The Demanded Performance Will Be Subject To Approval By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Always Specifies The Subject Of Individual Public Contracts Awarded In A Dynamic Purchasing System, Including Delivery Dates, Technical, Business And Contractual Conditions, In Calls For Submission Of Tenders Within The Meaning Of Section 141 Of The Act.
