Expression of Interest for System Automation of Non-Routine Gas Flaring Permit LOCATION: Abuja SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS (CONSULTANCY SERVICES) Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of Expression of Interest (EoI) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to The Commission Chief Executive, Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, 7, Sylvester Ugoh Crescent, Jabi Abuja and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the ground floor reception not later than 2:00pm on Monday, 13th October, 2025. 5. OPENING OF EOI AND TECHNICAL BIDS The EOI and technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 2:00pm on Monday, 13th of October, 2025 and 12:00pm on Monday, 20th October, 2025, respectively, at Jabi Annex Open space, Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission Headquarters Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
