Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of Dental Equipment COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect Bidding Documents at the Procurement Department of the Hospital on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000 per lot, paid into the Federal Medical Centre, Epe, Lagos Remita Account. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS 5.1 Prospective Bidders are to submit bids for not more than two (2) lots. Two (2) hard copies of each the Technical and Financial Bids should be submitted in two (2) different sealed envelopes labelled TECHNICAL BID and FINANCIAL BID respectively. The two (2) envelopes should be enclosed in a larger envelope and clearly marked with the name of the Project and LOT number at the top left hand corner of the envelope and addressed to the Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, Epe, Lagos. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name, address, and telephone number of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender box at the Procurement department FMC Epe, not later than 12 noon, Monday,13th October, 2025. 5.2 Late Submission of bids shall not be accepted please. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS 6.1 Only the Submitted Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 13th October, 2025 at the SB Mustapha Hall, Federal Medical Centre, Epe, Lagos. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the point of submission as the Hospital would not be held liable for manipulated or wrongly submitted bids 6.2 All Tenderers, Civil Society Organization and interested stakeholders are invited to the bid opening.
