Task I- Winter Maintenance Of Public Transport Stops In The City Of Piła In The Winter Season 2025/2026 Rozzedzna Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract:- Manual Cleansing Of The Snow From Public Transport Stops;- Manual Sprinkling Of Public Transport Stops; - Removal Of Icing From Public Transport Stops (Manual Ice Caution)- Export Of Excess Snow And Ice With Loading And Unloading; - Sand Cleansing Of Public Transport Stops During And After The Winter Action, - Additional Order - Manual Cleansing Of The Snow From Public Transport Stops With Simultaneous Sprinkling. 1. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Must Have A Storage Warehouse Min. 20 Tons Of Sand (It Applies Separately To Task I And Tasks Ii). 2. The Contracting Authority Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 1320, As Amended), Consisting In Servicing The Equipment Required To Perform Works Related To Winter Maintenance Of Public Transport Stops, Stairs, Footbridges, Crossings, Pedestrian And Pavements, Reaching Parking Meters And Parking Lots Paid In The City Of Piła In The Winter Season 2025/2026.3. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Were Specified In The Draft Contract (Annex 3.1 And 3.2 To Swz). 4. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have The Right To Perform A Specific Activity Or Activities If The Law Imposes The Obligation To Have Them. During The Implementation Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Be In The Register Of Waste Management Entities (Bdo), In Accordance With Art. 50 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Waste Act. 5.
