The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Playground At The City Nursery Toddler In Brzeziny At Fredry 2A Street By Retrofitting Play Equipment For Children Under 3 Years Of Age. The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Particular In: Assembly Of A Large Play Kit, Swing Socket, Sandbox With A Tarpaulin, Bench With Backrest, Regulating Plate, A Picnic Plate, A Picnic Table From The Table And Benches, As Well As The Purchase And Supply Of Elements Of Additional Equipment Not Related To The Ground Such As The Gymnastic Set, Football Equipment, Tipi Or Tipi Tents Along With The Construction Of A Sensory Path And Safe Surface Poured In Green. 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With: 1) The Project Documentation Owned By The Employer (Annex 9 To Swz), 2) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works (Annex 11 To Swz), 3) Conditions Resulting From Applicable Law, 4) Requirements Arising From Applicable Standards And Technical Approvals, 5) Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art. Lumpary Salary, Items Of Works Are Only Ancillary And Are Used To Specify The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works And Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs. In Order To Make A Fully Valuation Of Works, Each Of The Contractors Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting The Offer. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Explaining And Complementary In This Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or Due Diligence.
