1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road On Journal Of Laws 60/8, 60/9, 65/19, 65/20 Popietek - Stage I. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Rebuild The Public Municipal Road (Stage I) On The Section From The Railway Crossing To The Placement Of The Road With Sections Of Roads Marked No. 63/2 And 62/16 The Investment Is Planned; Reconstruction Of The Road To A Width Of 6.0 M (2 Lanes At 3.0M) Of The Bituminous Surface And Structure According To The Assumed Category Of Traffic, Pedestrian Pavement With Surface -Surface, Exits To Plots, Drainage Devices In The Form Of Rain Gallery With Water Drainage To The Existing Rainwater Network Located In The Existing Road Lane. 2. The Detailed Scope And Manner Of The Task Is Determined By: Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Draft Contract, Constituting Lists For Swz.3. The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Technical Specifications Of The Proximity And The Execution Of Works And On The Conditions Set Out In The Contract.
