The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Electricity Within The Meaning Of And Pursuant To The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266), To The Collection Points Presented In The Collective Statement (Annex 1 And 2 To Swz).  Duration Of The Order From 01.01.2026 Until December 31, 20127, Street Lighting Planned Amount Around 390 498.00 Kwh.  Other Objects Planned Amount Of Around 18 644.00 Kwh 2 .. The Contracting Authority Does Not Have Information On The Estimated Amount Of Energy Broken Down Into Individual Time Zones For Each Energy Consumption Point. 3..Moted Demand Was Calculated On The Basis Of Energy Consumption In The Past Period, Taking Into Account The Forecast Growth. This Respect Is Only Approximate And Does Not Constitute An Obligation To Buy Energy In The Amount Given. The Final Amount Of Energy Purchased Will Depend On Real Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In The Event Of A Significantly Smaller Or Greater Energy Consumption During The Contractual Period. It Is Estimated That The Actual Energy Consumption Will Take A Value From A Range Of ± 20 % Of The Forecast Volume. 4. The Current Seller In The Commune Is Elektra S.A. Who Has Signed Contracts Until 31/12/2025. 5. The Contracting Authority Provides For Separate Electricity Sales Contracts With The Repki Commune (Separate Contract For Street Lighting And Other Collection Points) For Individual Electricity Collection Points Listed In Annex 2 To Swz. On The Day Of Signing The Contract, The Employer Will Provide The Necessary Information And Data Needed To Correctly Issue Invoices For The Electricity Sold.
