1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannary Natural Gas (Sale And Distribution) To Public Facilities In The Radomyśl Commune Nad Sanem In 2026 (12 Months). 2. The Estimated Gas Demand For The Period From 01/01/2026 To 31/12/2026 Will Be: 2 173 675 Kwh (In W-1, W-2, W-3, W-4, W-5 Tariffs). The Removal Has The Right To Increase The Number Of Gas Fuel Consumption Points In The Case Of Connecting New Objects To The Network Not More Than 10% Of Gas Consumption. 3. The Contracting Authority Information On Contractual Power, Tariff Groups And Consumption In Individual Months Were Obtained From The Received Invoices And Attachments To The Contract With The Contractor Providing For The Contracting Authority A Comprehensive Sale Of Gas Fuel In 2026. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 7 To Swz- A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract- A List Of Gas Fuel Consumption Points Together With Estimated Gas Consumption By The Current Tariffs- Annex 7 To Swz. The Removal Applies To Comprehensive Gas Delivery For:- Radomyśl Nad Sanem Commune,- Municipal Culture Center In Radomyśl Nad Sanem Based In Chwałowice,- Public School, Basic In Chwałowice,- Public Primary School In Antoniów,- School Complex In Radomyśl Nad Sanem,- Public Primary School In Rzeczyca Długa,- Public Primary School In Wola Rzeczycka,- Environmental Self-Help House In Radomyśl Nad Sanem,- Daily Senior + In Pniów. 7. The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Conditions Specified In The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) In Accordance With Applicable Regulations To The Above -Mentioned Act And The Provisions Of The Act Of April 23, 1964 - Civil Code (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1061, As Amended). 8. The Supplied Gas Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis And Polish Standards. 9. The Contracting Authority Is Currently Bound By A Comprehensive Agreement With Pgnig Obrót Detali Sp. Z O. O., There Are No Concluded Contracts/ Annexes As Part Of Promotional/ Loyalty Actions.
