1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works And Other Activities Established With The Construction Of Municipal Road No. 114206G In The Town Of Kobylnica, Located On Plots No. 903/3, 904/3 - Stage I, In The Kobylnica Commune Together With The Execution Of The As -Built Geodetic Inventory And Receiving Documentation, Through: 1) Construction 904/3 Kobylnica Precinct In Kobylnica, On The Section From The Height Of Plot No. 903/2 Kobylnica Precinct To The Height Of Plot No. 891 Kobylnica Precinct, By Building A New Pavement Paved From C25/30 Cement Concrete, With A Width Of 3.0 M And A Total Length Of 250Mb, 2). Width Of 0.75 M, 3) Construction Of A Pit With A Paved Surface In Technology Made Of C25/30 Cement Concrete, 1.5 M Wide And 25 M Long, 4) Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of Newly Designed Conventions For Plots Located Along The Abovementioned Roads With A Paved Surface With Broken Aggregate, 5) Reproduction Of Green Areas By Humusing And Sowing The Layer With Grass, 6) Execution Of Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works, And7) Execution And Admission To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource Of The As -Built Geodetic Inventory, 8) Performing Acceptance Documentation. 2. The Employer Indicates That The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works And The Preparation Of The Documentation Specified In This Contract, Serving To Submit Works To The Competent Authorities. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Points 1 And 2 And In Accordance With Art. 103 Of The Pzp By Means Of Project Documentation And Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Solutions Indicated In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb Or Equivalent. 4. The Employer Allows The Use Of Materials That Meet The Requirements Of Standards With Appropriate Technical Certificates And Approvals And Technical Parameters Assumed In The Project. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Quote Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Only From Materials And Devices Of Factory New, Approved For Trading And Universal Or Individual Use In Construction, Covered By The Certificate In The Scope Of The So -Called Security Mark, Indicating Compliance With The Polish Norm, Technical Approval And Relevant Technical Provisions In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law. 6. The Contractor Will Secure Comprehensive Geodetic Service As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration And Will Prepare In 3 Copies As -Built Inventory On The Map In 1: 500 Or 1: 1000 Scale (In The Absence Of The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources In The Resources Of 1: 500, The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources.
