1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Service Entitled Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Inhabited And Uninhabited From The Commune Of Wądroże Wielkie For 2025/2026, Under Which The Contractor Will Provide Services For A Period Of 12 Months In The Field Of Municipal Waste Collection Generated In The Commune Of Wądroże Wielkie On The Waste Directory (Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 10) And Fall Within A Group Marked With Code 20 - Municipal Waste, Including Selectively Collected Fractions. 3) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Addition To The Collection Of Waste, Also Includes Delivery And Distribution Among Owners Of Inhabited And Uninhabited Real Estate, On Which Waste Is Created, Segregated Waste Containers And Waste Mixed. Capacity 120, 240 And 1100 Liters Changes May Relate To Both The Reduction And Increase In The Number Of Containers. Therefore, These Quantities May Change During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Compensation For Achieving Smaller Amounts Of Waste Within The Date Of This Agreement. 5.7) The Contractor Undertakes To Twice The Year Of Collecting And Transporting Large -Size Waste, As Well As The Single Collection And Transport Of Textiles. 8) The Contractor Undertakes To Twice In The Year In The Year, Collecting And Transporting Rtv And Household Wasteworns And Tires As Part Of Contractual Remuneration. 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Collection And Transport Of Waste Waste Collection Will Be Difficult, E.G.
