The deadline for the submission of bids is Date: 13 October 2025 The European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD) is a French non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 1988 and operating in the field of social and economic development in partnership with local institutions. IECDs main sectors of action are vocational training and professional integration, assistance to micro and small enterprises, and access to education for the most vulnerable. IECD has been operating In Lebanon since 1989 and opened a regional office in Beirut in 2007. Semeurs dAvenir (SDA), an association created in 2010, is the operational partner of the IECD. As part of its partnership with IECD, SDA implements projects in the field of education, training, professional integration and digitalization. Tamkeen: Revitalizing Local Market Systems for the Promotion of Socio-Economic" is a project led by CESVI Fondazione ETS in a consortium with Semeurs dAvenir and Arc-en-ciel which is funded by the Agenzia italiana per la cooperazione allo sviluppo (AICS) under AICS Initiative AID 012816/01/0_2. The aim of the project is to promote local development of the Union of Municipalities (UoM) of Iqlim El Kharroub El Chamali, and to contribute to the human, economic and social development at the local level by strengthening synergies among public, private, and non-profit stakeholders. SDA is responsible for the implementation of the activities related to Result 2. The result 2 aims at facilitating access to work for unemployed people and first-time job seekers in Lebanon by improving pathways supporting them to access the labor market. To achieve this objective and implement the activity, Semeurs dAvenir (SDA) is contracting a Digital content creator specialist and developer responsible for content creation and adapting curriculum materials for digital delivery, digitalization of content, and ensuring engagement, accessibility, and effectiveness.
