The Reference Price Consists Of The Amount Of Unit Prices In The Number Of Homes. Furnished Dwellings Must Be Found At Least In The Appendix To The Invitation To Tender One (1) Furnishings Requirements For Apartment Furnishings. The Quantities Given In The Invitation To Tender Are Estimates And Do Not Bind The Subscriber. The City Of Kemi Does Not Have A Targeting Obligation.The Acquisition Of Jyse 2025 Is Subject To Contractual Terms, April 2022 The Selection Of The Update Version Acquisition Is Overall Economic Inexpensive And The Benchmark Is Scoring. Price Weight Of 40 And Quality 60. The Criteria And Scoring Criteria For The Acquisition Are Set Out In Annex To The Invitation To Tender Two (2) Tendering Criteria For A Fixed Refugee Residence. The Planned Contract Period Is 1.1.2025- 31.12.2026. The Procurement Includes The Possibility Of One (1) Two (2) Year -Long Option, Which Will Be Used For A Separate Decision Before The End Of The Actual Term Of The Contract.
