Tenders Are Invited For Electricity Delivery (For 2026/2027)

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity For The Sites Of The Dpd For 2026/2027: 1. With Installed Electricity Meters For Electricity Reporting By Settlement Periods Described In Annex 1 To The Public Procurement Documentation; 2. On A Standardized Load Profile And Payment Of The Services For Access To And Transfer Through The Electricity Transmission And Electricity Distribution Network And Liability For Balancing (According To Article 20, Paragraph 2, Item 2, With Para 1 Of The Rules For Trade In Electricity) For The Objects With The Procedure For The Procedure Of The Order The Estimated Amount Of Electricity For Delivery During The 12-Month Contract Period Is 15 480 Mwh And Is Allocated As Follows: 1. Estimated Amount Of 15 100 Mwh Net Active Electricity For The Sites Described In Annex 1 To The Public Procurement Documentation; 2. Estimated Quantity Of 380 Mwh Net Active Electricity For The Sites Described In Annex 2 To The Public Procurement Documentation. The Said Estimated Quantity Is Indicative And Does Not Commit The Contracting Authority To Use It, Nor Limits It To Consumption, And For The Purposes Of Awarding It Only For Information On The Indicative Volume Of The Present Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Will Pay The Participant Chosen As A Contractor Only The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumed For The Respective Period. For More Clarity, Annex 3 Has Been Added, Which Is A Summary Report Of The Monthly Consumption, For The Previous Period Of 12 Months, For The Sites Of The State Police Directorate, Described In Annex No 1 And Annex No. 2 Of The Public Procurement Documentation. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Make Changes To Annex No 1 And/Or Annex No. 2 By Adding New And/Or Excluding Some Of The Above Sites, And For The Added Sites, The Contracting Authority Should Pay The Supplied Electricity Under The Price Already Agreed With The Contractor.
