The Subject Of The Contract Is To Carry Out Winter Maintenance And Snow Clearing Activities On The Territory Of The Municipality For The Winter Service Season 2025/2026 In Order To Ensure The Safe Conditions For The Movement Of Motor Vehicles And Normal Road Translation Environment Under Winter Conditions. The Service Includes The Following Types Of Work: Snow Cleaning; Sanding; Processing Of Icy Sections With Sand-Salt Mixtures. Lukovit Municipality Will Award The Order In Accordance With Art. 178 Of The Public Procurement Act And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) And The Rules For The Implementation Of The Law On The Act Of Public Procurement With The Subject: Performing Winter Maintenance And Snow Clearing Activities For The Winter Period 2025/2026 In Two Lots As Follows: Lot 1 - Iv Class Road Network On The Territory Of Municipality -Lukovit - 64,000 Km. District Postation No. 2 - Street City Network 53 Km. Of Lukovit, 8.2 Km. On The Village Of Peshtern And 6.5 Km. On The Village Of Duben. Quality Requirements - The Order Should Be Fulfilled According To The Current Standards, Good Practices In Compliance With The Technical Rules For Maintaining And Repairing The Roads, Section Winter Maintenance , Technical Requirements For Salt For Winter Maintenance Of The Roads - Eap, 2005. -Instruction № Iz-33 Of January 11, 2012 On The Procedure For The Implementation Of Emergency Emergency Rehabilitation Works In The Case Of Disasters; - Environmental Protection Act And Regulations Thereto; - Law On Health And Safety At Work And Playless Regulations To It; - Roads Act And A Regulatory Regulation Thereto; - Road Traffic Act; Et Al. The Contractor Must Provide Regardless Of The Changes In The Meteorological Situation The Normal Road Network Of The Road Network For The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Contract.
