The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Related To The Selection Of A Contractor For The Servicing Of Card Payments Of Public Obligations Established And Collected By The Nra, Ordered Through A Virtual Terminal Device Pos /Virtual Pos /Or Through Pos Terminals /. The Performance Of The Service Also Includes The Following Support Activities: Providing, Setting And Servicing Virtual Pos Terminal And Physical Pos Terminals In Order To Provide An Cashless Payment. The Same Is Done Through A Virtual Pos Terminal And A Physical Pos (Payment Card Terminal) At The Nra Office. For The Performance Of The Service By The Contractor, A Virtual Pos Terminal And Physical Pos Terminals (With Installed Software For The Performance Of The Service And Added Pin Pad) Are Provided For Use) For The Term Of Performance Of The Contract. The Card Payment Service Also Includes An Interchange Fee / For Transactions Through Virtual Or Physically Pos Thermal. According To Regulation (Eu) 2015/751 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 29 April 2015 (Regulation), Payment Service Providers Apply An Exchange Fee/Interchange Fee/For Operations With Consumer Debit And Credit Cards In Maximum Sizes Specified In Chapter Ii, Art. 3 And Art. 4. An Integral Part Of The Card Payment Service Service Carried Out On A Physical Pos Terminal Is The Provision Of The Contractor Of The Nra Use Devices.
