The Employer Requires That The Contractor Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act On The Protection Of Classified Information And Have A Current Third -Degree Industrial Security Certificate Confirming The Ability To Ensure The Protection Of Classified Information Marked With The Confidential Clause. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Scope Of The Order Related To Access To Classified Information Marked With The Confidential Clause Is Performed By Persons With Current Security Certificates Entitling To Access To This Information And Current Certificates Of Training In The Field Of Protection Of Classified Information.
