The Subject Of The Contract Is Purchase Of The Ibm Power Server For The Świętokrzyskie Provincial Branch Of The National Health Fund Together With Installation And Launch As Well As A Manufacturers Warranty And Warranty Service For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Delivery And Launch Of The Server 2. The Order In The Scope Of Delivery, Installation And Launch Will Take Place Within 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of The Contract; In The Scope Of The Warranty Service Service Within 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Delivery, Installation And Launch, Confirmed By The Acceptance Report Signed By The Parties. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1 To The Specification. 4. The Manner Of Execution Of The Contract Is Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. 5. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Contracts Pursuant To Art. 305 In Connection With Art. 214 Para. 1 Points 7 And 8 Of The Pzp Act.
