The Tender Is A Re-Tender Of The Previous Sub-Agreement 1 Of The Total Tender Of Consultancy Services To The Atmp Denmark Program (Tender Notice 454479-2025), As The Tender Of This Sub-Agreement Was Canceled (By Announcing 630687-2025), When Amgros On The Basis Of The Tender And The Tender Received That The Framework Agreement That Meets Amgros Real Needs. This Tender Thus Concerns The Award Of A Framework Agreement Regarding Consultancy Assistance For The Implementation Of National And International Mapping And Analyzes Of Regulatory, Organizational And Structural Conditions In The Development And Commissioning Of Atmp. Further Relate To The Framework Agreement Support For The Implementation Of Qualitative Data Collection And Analyzes As Well As Associated Evaluation In Regulatory, Structural And Organizational Conditions Regarding Innovative Drugs, Including Atmp, In Danish And International Context. The Framework Agreement Includes, Among Other Things, Task Execution Regarding Identification, Analysis And Description Of Key Regulatory Challenges As Well As Identification, Analysis And Description Of Possible Solutions On These Challenges. This Must Also To Some Extent Be Elucidated By International Experience In An International Analysis. The International Analysis Will Also Have To Elucidate Other Experience, Especially Of An Organizational Nature, From Other Countries That May Be Relevant To A Danish Model For Atmp. For Example, The Solutions May Be Simplification Of Structures, Collaborative Models And Processes As Well As Tools Such As Guidance And Guides As Well As Communicative Tools That Can Be Pilot Test. For The Purpose Of The Analyzes, The Supplier Must Also Perform The Underlying Tasks Related To Data Collection. This Applies, Among Other Things, To Literature Search In Relevant Danish And Foreign Literature, Existing Relevant Work And Similar Mapping, As Well As Conducting Qualitative Data Collection, Such As Interviews With Experts, Facilitating Focus Group Interviews And Workshops Incl. The Framework Agreement Also Includes Task Execution Within A Mapping, Including The Available Atmp Expertise And Specific Competencies In The Field As Well As The Available Experiences Of The Development Of Academic Atmps. Various Other Mapping Tasks Are Expected To Be Needed On An Ongoing Basis. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Obtain And Disseminated Knowledge That Can Help To Strengthen The Development, Testing And Commissioning Of Commercial And Academically Advanced Therapies In Denmark. The Consultants Will Be Part Of A Working Group Together With Amgros And Solve The Tasks As Well As Coordinate In Close Collaboration With Amgros, Which Handles The Overall Project Management.
