Tenders are invited for Provision of H2S Control Service. Please be informed that the Bidders may receive the Tender Documentation under this Tender upon submission of a written request (made on the Bidders letterhead and signed by the authorized representative) indicating the full name of the Bidder, phone, fax, post address, e-mail address for sending the Tender Documentation and full name and position of the contact person to the following Operators e-mail address: Tenders-Services@badraproject.com Upon receipt of a written request from the Bidder, the Operator will send the Tender Documentation to such Bidder by e-mail without any responsibility for loss or late delivery. Please note that in order to be considered for further evaluation under this Tender, the Bidders as a minimum shall: - provide the copies of valid certificates of Quality Management System ISO 9001, Safety Management System ISO 45001, Environment Management System ISO 14001 (or equivalent documents) conforming to the requirements for the Republic of Iraq; - availability of Bidders HQ or branch office in Iraq (Baghdad, Badra or Basra); - be ready to provide sufficient evidence about number of projects with H2S Services in Middle East including Iraq in last 5 years; submit copies CVs of candidates for H2S Team Leaders (Expats - not less than 2 candidates for each position) and of trainings certificates, diplomas, etc.; provide CVs of candidates for H2S Service Supervisors, H2S Trainer, H2S Safety Supervisor Assistant (Iraqi National employees). (Bidder shall provide a copies of trainings certificates, diplomas, etc.); - provide Guarantee Letter confirming employment of acting H2S personnel (Expats and Local Personnel) on Badra project without salary downward alteration; - provide a Guarantee Letter confirming readiness to provide the whole list of H2S equipment; provide Inspection procedure and/or Routine Maintenance program; - availability of Bidders Authorized Service center in Iraq (Baghdad, Badra or Basra) for maintenance, inspection and repair of H2S equipment. (Availability of Spare parts and consumables); - provide training programs which prepared with ANSI-Z390.1 (ANSI-490.1) or IASP H2S training requirements; -comply with the Operators HSE requirements; provide Guarantee Letter confirming mobilization time of H2S equipment; -comply with the Operators security requirements and provide required for security verification documents in accordance with Chapter V, of the ITB; - accept key terms and conditions of the draft contract provided by the Operator under this Tender. The Operator will deduct an amount specified in the Tender Documentation for tender announcement and further extension announcement, if applicable, from the first invoice under the contract signed with the successful Bidder.
