Tenders are invited for Purchase of Pneumatic DVT Pump Machine 02 Bid documents may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 26.09.2025 until 15.10.2025 by fulfilling the following requirements. (a) Submission of a letter of request to the Chairman of the Procurement Committee (b) A non-refundable fee of Rs. 3500.00 should be paid to the Shroff Division of the National Institute for Nephrology Dialysis & Transplantation for each set of bid document and the receipt should be submitted. (c) Submission of a certified photocopy of the Business Registration Certificate (d) Letter / Certificate issued by the Principals appointing you as the local agent for their products A pre bid meeting will be held as shown above at the Auditorium of this institution Bids submitted in duplicate in separate covers as Original and Duplicate may either be sent by registered post to the address given below or hand delivered and deposited in the Bid Box kept at the Office of the Accountant of this institute to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 16.10.2025. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids at the times mentioned above in the table on 16.10.2025 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
