Tenders are invited for Cutting of Grass, Vegetation, Shrubs, Trees and Other Associated Works on Dams and Feeder Canals & Other Sites (Lot A) 6. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled onWednesday 08 October 2025 at 9.30 hours at the main entrance (security post) Midlands Dam followed by a site visit at the Midlands Dam, Piton du Milieu Reservoir and salient locations along the La Nicoliere Feeder Canal and the La Nicoliere Reservoir. Another site visit is scheduled on Thursday 09 October 2025 at 9.30 hours at Gyansha Hall, Royal Road, Melrose to visitmore locations along the La Nicoliere Feeder Canaland the La Nicoliere Reservoir. Bidders shall make their own arrangements for transport for the site visits preferably by a 4x4 vehicle. 7. For the purpose of submitting proposals online on e-Procurement System, it is mandatory for bidders to use a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for the e-Procurement System class which can be procured through the Mauritius Post by applying online on the website https://www.mausign.govmu.org.
