A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz). 4. The Employer Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of Options, Which Will Consist In Extending The Service Period Of The Service By The Next Period, Not Longer Than 12 Months. 5. In The Event Of The Need To Exercise The Right Option, The Employer Shall Inform The Contractor About This Fact Before The End Of The Contract In The Scope Of The Basic Order No Later Than A Month Before The End Of The Contract. 6. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Option Once Or Several Times, Up To A Total Amount Not Exceeding The Maximum Remuneration Referred To In § 6 Para. 1 Point 1.2 Of Ppu And Not Exceeding The Maximum Period For Extending The Service Of The Service Indicated In Point 5 Above. 7. In The Event Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement It Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract For The Basic Order. 8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Take Place On The Terms And Rules Set Out In The Ppu Together With Attachments Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.
