Task No. 2 - Construction Of Road Lighting For Pedestrians And Bicycles At Braniczna Street In Przyszowice On The Section From Ul. Korfantego/Bojkowska To Ul. Freedom Covering, Among Others: Construction Of A Cable Line Supplying Lighting From The Yakxs Cable 4X35mm2 With A Length Of 2340 Mb; B. Delivery And Assembly Of 64 Aluminum Columns With Led Luminaires (68 Pcs); And Performing All Necessary Accompanying Works. 2. A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Processing Are Included In The Attached Project Documentation (Executive Projects, Construction Projects, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Issues Of Works Separately For Each Of The Tasks And Target Organization Of Traffic)) Constituting Annex 11 To Swz And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz. 3. The Employer Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Scope Of The Order Affecting The Organization Of The Works. The Issue Of Organization Of Construction, Including Construction Facilities, Traffic Organization Within The Construction Of Pedestrians And Bicycles As Well As The Management And Supervision Of Construction Works Rests With One Contractor. The Warranty Liability For The Works Performed Also Rests With One Contractor. Division Of The Order Into Parts In This Situation Is Not Beneficial. Admission To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract More Separate Entities Would Cause That The Task Would Be Difficult For Organizational And Technical Reasons. In Addition, Taking Into Account The Funding Obtained, The Division Of The Task Would Increase The Risk Of Implementing The Entire Project. In Addition, The Order Is Possible To Be Processed For Micro, Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises, So The Lack Of Division Of The Task Into Parts In No Way Leads To Limiting Competition In Proceedings. 4.
