The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Under The Name: The Last Section Of The Lighting Of The Brzozowa Aleja In Reagana Park - Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Civic Budget 2024. Thereren Of The Investment Is Located In The Przymorze District Of Wielkie In The City Of Gdańsk, Among Others On Plots No. 13/1, 13/2, 22 And 28 Precinct 18, Which Include The Area Of ​​The Reagan Park. The Local Lighting Network Is Located In The Area That Has A Local Spatial Development Plan No. 0126, Resolution Of The City Council Of Gdańsk City Of Gdańsk No. Xxxix/865/13 Of 25 June 2013, Terrain Card 006-Zl. In The Above The Plan Is Allowed To Build Lighting In Accordance With The Attached Study. The Plots Covered By The Application Are The Property Of The Municipality Of Gdańsk. 2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment Task, In Particular The Following Elements: A) Securing Trees For The Duration Of Works And Pruning Branches; B) Demolition Of The Surface, In The Protection Zone Manual Demolition Without Performing Work Using Mechanical Equipment; C) Performing Excavations For Cables Together With Their Arrangement With Bednarka And The Introduction Of Tips To The Pillar Recesses Together With Their Connection; D) Performing The Jam And Drilling Controlled For The Lighting Cable Network; E) Delivery And Installation Of Lighting Columns With Foundations; F) Delivery And Installation Of Led Lighting Fixtures; G) Connecting Cable Lines To Lighting Columns And To Existing Lighting Poles With Plates For The Division Of The Network; H) Delivery And Assembly Of Benches; I) Making Pockets For Benches With A Surface Hardened From A Material Analogous To The Currently Found Within The Pedestrian Sequence (A Mixture Of Broken Crusts) Finished With A Galvanized Rim With A Galvanized Rim) Steel; J) Reproduction Of Land Use Elements And Undressing Roads For Pedestrians And Bicycles (Cubes, Tiles) To The Existing State Not Worse Than The Condition Before The Start Of Works - In Accordance With The Conditions Of Gzdizk) Works Related To The Protection Of Existing Greenery, Without Violating The Surface Of Existing Alleys; L) Ordering The Area To The State And Before Return Of Lawns; M) Research, Measurements And As -Built Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of The Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
