1 The Scope Includes Adaptation Of Existing Rooms For Use By Disabled People And Making A New Access To The Building. The Characteristic Size Of The Building:- Area Total Building - 353.30M2 - Pow, Buildings -353.30M2 - Number Of Floors - 1 - Cubature - 116.89M3; The Contractor Should Treat The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Contracting Authority As An Information Document That He May Use, But There Is No Such Obligation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works By The End Of 2025. With A Value Not Less Than Pln 200,000.00. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Materials, Devices And Services Necessary For Its Comprehensive Performance And Transfer Of The Object For Use - Both Resulting Directly From The Design Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As In Them Not Included In Them, I.E., E.G. Service And Inventory Of The Geodetic Of Performed Works, Preparatory And Order Works, Deporting Waste, Development Of The Construction Site, Including: Construction Facilities, Fence, Access And Assembly Roads As Well As Water And Electricity Power Supply, Supervision, Telephone And Occupation Of The Road Lane. The Work Of The Works Includes The Implementation Of The Following Construction Works: • Preparation And Protection Of The Area; • Performing Dismantling Works Inside The House Of The Common Room, I.E.; Ceiling Coffers, Wall Buildings, Floors, Cladding, Sanitary Facilities, Radiators, Coal Boiler, Doors And Windows; • Execution Of Dismantling Works On The Plot, I.E. Concrete Cube, Concrete Flower Pots Of Concrete On The Terrace And Stairs; • Painting The Garage Door; • Insulation Of Two Outer Walls With Foamed Polystyrene; • Renovation And Restoration Of Partition Walls; • Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery; • Renovation Of Internal And External Window Sills; • Finishing Works After Installation Works; • Painting Works; Comprehensive Renovation Of Bathrooms; • Execution Of Water-Sewage Installations, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations, Central Heating Installations; • Heat Pumps; • Electrical Installation; • Power Installations; • Photovoltaic Installation; • Land Development, I.E. Installation Of The Fence, Assembly Of Concrete Pots, Translating The Concrete Cube Before The Input Of The Ankle On The Terrace And Stairs, Making A Band Of Pebbles; • Finishing Works And Ordering The Area. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Full Scope Of Works, Which Is Necessary From The Point Of View Of Documentation, Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Building Art, To Obtain The Final Effect Specified By The Subject Of The Contract, And Thus Perform The Task Regardless Of The Difficulties Occurring And Unforeseen Circumstances That May Occur During Implementation. 3. The Contractor Will Be Full Of Responsibility For Damages And Consequences Of The Accidents Of Employees And Third Parties, Arising In Connection With The Construction Works Carried
