The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Attachments To Swz, I.E.:: Technical Specification Of Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works-Annex 10 To Swz;  Bill Of Quantities - Annex 11 To Swz;  Designed Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex 12 To Swz; Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Objective Means Of Evidence: The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Submission Of The Subjective Measures In The Proceedings In Question. In The Case Of The Use Of Materials, Equipment, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Para. 5 Or Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer Of Technical Cards Or Other Equivalent Documents Confirming That The Balance Offer Offered/Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Described In The Subject Of The Contract.
