The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground Belonging To The Municipal Nursery In Tomice As Part Of The Implementation Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025, Hereinafter Referred To As A Task Or Interchangeably Order 2. Location Of The Task: School And Kindergarten Team In Tomice, Ul. Floriańska 16, 34-100 Tomice, Hereinafter Referred To As Zsp Or Interchangeably Object/Educational Institution, Building Plot No. 516/23, Precinct 0003 Tomice, Tomice Commune (Plot Identifier 121808_2.0003.516/23). 3. Order Scope: 3.1 The Contractor Shall Make As Part Of The Order: A) Dismantling Of Selected Existing Play Equipment And Small Architecture-2 Kpl; B) Delivery And Assembly Of New Recreational And Sales Equipment (Retrofitting)-3 Kpl; C) Assembly Of Recreational And Label Devices Previously Dismantled-1 Kpl; D) Delivery And Assembly Within The Playground Zone With Regulations-1 Pcs; E) A Fragment Of The Safe Synthetic Surface Of The Epdm Type-3.5 M2; F) Construction Of An Internal Fence (Fence Height 0.8-0.9M)-24.5 M In Addition, The Contractor Will Provide Full Geodetic Service At The Stage Of Work Execution And Will Prepare As -Built Inventory. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With The As -Built Geodetic Documentation Of The Paper In Paper Version And On The Cd In Dwg Or Dxf.5 Format. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Contract Was Determined In The Pre-City Of Works, Which Is Part Of The Project Documentation, Made Available On The Party Of The Proceedings (File The Contractor Is Obliged To Choose Play Equipment On His Own As Part Of The Retrofitting Of The Playground, Meeting The Norms Required By Law And Technical Parameters Specified In The Project Documentation. The Contractor, Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract For The Performance Of The Contract, Is Obliged To Submit To The Contracting Authority Proposals Of Play Equipment To Be Installed To Obtain The Acceptance Of The Employer. 7. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Pre -City Of The Works Referred To In Point 5, Project Documentation (Including, Among Others, Construction And Executive Project, Land Development Project) And In Chapter Iii To Swz Pn. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ppu And The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb.
