A. The Subject Of The Order Is The Retrofitting Of The Recreation Area At The Gliwice Canal - Ul. Victory On The Estate Blachownia In Kędzierzyn-Koźle. B. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Project Documentation Required To Submit A Construction Application, Obtaining All Consents, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law; 2) Providing And Installing New Play Equipment And An External Gym; C. In Addition, As Part Of The Contract In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Inform The Employer About The Current State Of The Task. In Particular Before Each Stage Of Completing Disappearing Work. The Employer Will Control The Way They Are Executed To Verify Whether All Standards Have Been Preserved. If These Conditions Are Not Kept And Doubts Arise From This Fact, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle The Place Of Disappearing Work And Its Implementation Again In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform All These Activities At His Own Expense; 2) Delivery Of Play Equipment Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Pn Standard -En 1176 -1: 2017 -12 Or Pn -En 1176 -1 + A1: 2024 -03 Or Equivalent And For Devices Of The Pn External Gym -En 16630: 2015 Or Pn -En 1176 -1: 2009 Or Equivalent. In Order To Verify, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present Pca Certificates (Polish Accreditation Center) Issued By An Accredited Certification Unit For Each Play Device Separately. The Originals Of The Certificates Must Be Transferred To The Ordering Party At The Latest Until The Date Of Collection Of The Work. 3) The Ordering And Alignment Of The Area After All Works, The Dug -Out Of Debris Or Other Waste Will Be Developed At Their Own Expense In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Throughout The Area Covered By The Scope Of Work, In Places Where Earth Defects And Grass Appeared, The Contractor Will Repair These Places And Sowing Grass, To Which He Will Grant A One -Year Warranty Calculated From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Entire Task; 4) Renovations And Repairs Of Any Damage Resulting During The Works, E.G. Destruction Of Pavements Pavement; 5) Transport Of Equipment From The Base To The Place Of Work And Back At Their Own Expense. Employment Requirement Under A Contract Of Employment.
