1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Warehouse Building Located On Plot No. 375/4, Precinct Międzyrzecz 2, Ul. Podzamcze 2, 66-300 Międzyrzecz.1.2. The Scope Of The Investment In Question Includes The Renovation Of The Storage Building In The Following Range:- Replacement Of Window Joinery And Wooden Gates,- Replacement Of Existing Plasters In The Plinth And The Use Of Renovation Plasters,- Painting The Entire Facade,- Making Repairs Of Damaged Internal Plasters And Painting All Internal Walls,- Making A New Gravel Band Around The Building From The North, East And South, Concrete Hardening Poured In Front Of The Entrance Gates And Supplementing The Surface From The Trill,- Replacement Of Internal Stairs Railing And Repairing Steps With Reprofization,- Repair Of Defects And Alignment Of Concrete Floors Inside The Building,- Making A Concrete Floor Repair And Laying A New Floor From Attic Plates. Public Procurement Procedures - Covered By Project Documentation - The Following Scope Of Works: Execution On The First Floor Of The Building Walls Of Blocks, Assembly Of Frames For Interior Doors And Mounting Full Internal Door Wings. Note: Architectural And Construction Design Entitled Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure, Replacement Of Lightning Protection And Renovation Of A Warehouse Building, Made By The Authors Architectural Studio Mgr Inż. Architect Katarzyna Kuszyńska, Also Includes Other Elements Of A Storage Building, Which Are Not Covered By This Order And Were Carried Out As Part Of The Previous Order, I.E. Until 29.08.2025, The Following Construction Works Were Carried Out:- Reinforced Concrete Wreath And Mandrel In The Longitudinal Knee Walls,- The Roof Structure Consisting In The Wreath Of The Wreath Under The Wall (Without Increasing Knee Wall),- Roof Structure And Roofing,- Roof Window,- Trigger Gutters And Pipes And Flashings Were Replaced,- A Lightning Protection System Was Replaced With A New One,- Brick Walls Were Demolished On The First Floor And Internal Door Wings Were Dismantled. 1.3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex 1 To Swz. 1.4. The Employer Informs That The Number Of Works Constitute Only An Auxiliary Document And The Quantities Given In The Prejudice Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Contractor, But Only Aim To Determine The Technology Of Performing Works. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting The Offer. 1.5. At The Price Of A Flat -Rate Task, All Costs Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Included In Min.
