1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task: Maintenance Of Street Lighting In The Giżycko Municipality. 2. The Basic Range Of Services Includes In Particular: A) Ongoing Maintenance Of Street Lighting, Squares, Illumination:- Repair Of Fittings,- Replacement Of Light Sources, Frames, Stabilizers, Ignition Systems, Etc.,- Exchange Of Fuses In Pole Plates And In Lighting Wardrobes, Lampshades,- Replacement Of Led Strip And Power Supply For Led Strip,- Replacement Of Led Luminaires,- Replacement, Repair, Setting Astronomical Clock. Bolts, Door) And Wardrobe Equipment (Clocks, Fuses, Switches, Contactors),- Replacement, Renovation Of Cable Lines, Location Of Damage In Cable Lighting Lines (Together With The Earth, Demolition And Surface Work Necessary To Perform. Public Procurement, Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option). The Option Provided By The Contracting Authority Consists In Increasing The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent Specified In The Settlement Table (Annex 8 To Swz) By A Maximum Of 60 % Of The Basic Order. The Option Will Be Settled Based On Unit Prices, Specified By The Contractor In The Offer For The Basic Order. 3.1. The Contracting Authority Will Be Entitled To Submit A Statement On Using The Option Or Part Of It During The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer May Not Use The Option Or Use The Options To The Part -Time, And The Contractors In This Respect Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Employer. The Option Can Be Launched If The Total Gross Value Provided For The Implementation Of The Basic Order Is Used During The Service Period As Part Of The Basic Order. The Employer May Submit A Statement On Using The Option Many Times Until The Maximum Value Of The Option Exhausts. 3.2. The Date Of Implementation Of The Option Is Equal To The Date Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3.3. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option Provided That The Financial Resources In The Budget Or The Many Years Of Financial Forecast Of The Ordering Party, In The Amount Corresponding To The Opened Scope Of The Option 4. The Implementation Of The Order Covered By The Law Is The Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Does Not Have To Benefit. 5. The Employer Requires Special Caution In Conducting Works, In Particular To Ensure Adequate Security And Covers, Maintaining The Area Where Work Is Carried Out In Good Order, Organizing Work Commissioned In A Manner Not Using People Using A Given And Neighboring Property With The Scope Of The Order.
