Total Energy Consumption [Kwh] In The Period From 01/01/2026 To 31/12/2026 (1 Year) Is Estimated At 606 336 Kwh. The Zamawier Informs That Estimated Electricity Consumption (In Total Wear) For Street Lighting In The Period From 01/01/2026 To 31/12/2026 (1 Year) Is 157 694 Kwh. Increasing The Number Of Energy Consumption Points In The Case Of Connecting New Facilities To The Osd Power Network In Size Not More Than 10% Of Energy Collection Points. The Employer Informs That It Will Independently Control The Amount Of Energy Consumption So That This Number Does Not Exceed 10% Of All Ppe.3. The Indicated Value Of The Demand For Electricity Is An Estimated Value, Which Does Not Reflect The Declared Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Buy The Amount Of Electricity. Purchase Of A Smaller Or More Amount Will Not Change The Rates Of Fees In Tariffs. The Reliable Settlements For The Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place On The Basis Of Current Indications Of Measuring And Billing Systems In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, And For Distribution Of Electricity Based On Fees Resulting From The Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator. 4. The Employer Informs That Information On The Contractual Power And Tariff Groups Is Obtained From The Received Invoices And Attachments To The Contract With The Contractor Providing For The Employer A Comprehensive Electricity Sales Service In 2024-2025.5.
