Tenders Are Invited For Retrofitting Warehouse Bases With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis - Buying An Excavator

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Retrofitting Warehouse Bases With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations - Purchase Of An Excavator. 2. The Implementation Of The Task Will Be Co -Financed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Program Entitled Civil And Defense Protection Program For 2025-2026 . 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Brand New And Free From Construction, Material, Executive And Legal Defects. The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be A Copy Of The Post -Expositional And Used For Demonstration Purposes. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Comply With The Parameters And Conditions Described In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To This Swz.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract In Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor. 6. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Technically Functional And Approved For Road Traffic In The Republic Of Poland - If The Provisions Require It. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Provide The Employer With All Documents Necessary To Register The Excavator In Question- If Required- On The Day Of Signing The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. The Contractor Will Train An Employee Indicated By The Contracting Authority (Excavator Operator) Within The Date Agreed With The Employer Regarding The Rules Of Use And Service Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Amount Of Minimum 4 Hours. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Warranty Service At A Maximum Of 250 Km From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. 10. The Minimum Required Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract Is 24 Months Or 2000 Mtg Depending On What Will Happen First. 11. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 8 To This Swz.12. In The Event That In Any Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, The Subject Of The Contract Is Described Using Own Names, Norms, Approval, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Contractors To Use Equivalent Solutions Described By Contractors. By The Word Equivalent The Contracting Authority Understands Technical Solutions, Materials Or Elements Of Equipment With Parameters Not Worse Than Described.
