The Central Government Real Estate Agency Intends To Have The Ppp Nieuw-Milligen Project In Uddel Realized On Behalf Of The Ministry Of Defense. The Project Concerns The Realization Of An Operational Barracks For Defense And More Specifically The Marine Corps. The Project Is Contracted By Means Of A Dbfmo Agreement. This Dbfmo Agreement Mainly Includes Designing, Building, Providing Facility Services, Supplying Resources, Providing Facilities, Maintaining And Financing The Barracks. The Barracks Will Be Realized On The Site Of The Existing Defense Location Kamp Nieuw-Milligen, Address Meervelderweg 19 In Uddel Municipality Of Apeldoorn. The Program Of The Marinierskazerne Consists Of 6 Clusters: Working, Logistics, Marsof, Living, Sports And Operational. The Total Program Consists Of Approximately 130,000 M² Building, Approximately 35,000 M² Of Functional Site, Approximately 115,000 M² Parking Facility And A Part Of The General Barracks With Cluster -Dependent Spaces. These Numbers Are Only Indicative And Largely Dependent On The Final Translation Of The Functional Requirements In A Spatial Design. The Corps Currently Consists Of Around 3,000 Marines. Approximately 2,254 People Are Stationed In Nieuw-Milligen. The Project Concerns New Construction At The Existing Defense Location Camp Nieuw-Milligen. If Functional Possible, There Will Be Retained Next To The Existing Valuable Tree And Road Structures And 4 Buildings.
