This Is A Market Survey To Obtain Relevant Information For Planning Competition For Metabof, A Central Processing Solution For Anpr Data And Control Information, Developed By Myriad With Dxc As A Contracting Partner And Orange As An Operating Supplier. The Solution Is Used Operationally By Both The Customs Administration And The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, And Has Functionality As A Rule Motor, Logging, Dataalidation And Integrations. Although The Solution Has Been Stable, It Has Technical Debt And Limited Flexibility. Both Agencies Have Their Own Agreements And Manage Their Anpr Cameras And Sensors Separately. As Of September 2025, The Customs Administration Has Over 300 Anpr Cameras And The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Approx. 150 Anpr Cameras And 20 Wim Sensors, With 170,000 And 650,000 Readings Per Day Respectively. Data From These Devices Are Processed In Near -Time And Stored For Analysis. Both Agencies Have Invested Significantly In The Solution, Which Is Adapted To Their Needs.
