This Order Is Awarded In Connection With A Measure Included In The River Basin Management Plan As A Commitment Of The Republic Of Bulgaria To The European Commission, With A Deadline Of Implementation Of Up To 2027, And Separately Is Set As A Mandatory Condition In A Permit For Discharge No. 33120102/02.06.2022 Due To The Present. Arda River (Together With The Tributaries Of Madjarovsko Dere, Giurgi Dere, Sayan Dere) And The Intensive Increase In The Water Level In The Mining Work, It Is Necessary To Produce And Present A Complete And Overall Solution For Water Management And Treatment As A Local Approach To The Four Sections (Momina Skah, Harman Kaya, Harman Kaya From The Right Bank Of The Arda River, Which In A Reliable Way To Prevent The Pollution Of The Arda River, As A Result Of The Mining Of Madjarovo.
