The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Rooms For The Needs Of The Creation Of The Regional Mental Health Center For Children And Youth In Chełm, Implemented As Part Of The Project, Improving The Availability Of Health Services In The Field Of Psychological, Psychiatric Care And Treatment Of Addiction Of Children And Youth By Creating The Regional Mental Health Center Of Children And Youth At The Neuropsychiatric Hospital. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Material Scope Consists In Adapting The Rooms To The Needs Of The Dim Psychiatric Department To 10 Places, Dim Mental Health Clinic, Psychological Counseling Center And Therapeutic Workshops. The Implementation Of The Task Will Be Possible Thanks To Lending Rooms From The Independent Public Provincial Specialist Hospital In Chełm. It Is Planned To Rebuild Rooms With An Area Of ​​270.85 M2 Located On The Ground Floor Of The C Pavilion, Located On The Property Marked No. 55/29 Located In Chełm At Ul. Szpitalna 53B. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Rebuild The Rooms. The Scope Of Construction Works Refers To: Execution Of Partition Walls, Plastering, Painting Works, Ceramic Walls Of The Walls, Replacement Of Floors And Liners, Internal Door Joinery Replacement, As Well As The Replacement Of Socket Electrical Installations As Well As Sanitary And Water And Sewage Installations. The Scope Of Works Does Not Require A Notification To The Relevant Authority. The Investment Will Not Affect The Natural Environment And The Natura 2000 Area. The Implementation Of The Task Is Necessary To Achieve The Main Goal, Because It Contributes To The Development Of Environmental Care (And Level Of Reference), As Well As Forms Of Support Outside The Hospital (Ii Reference Level). 3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Basis For Preparing The Offer Is A Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Stwior Works, A Technical Study With A Drawing Part And Attached Bias, Which Are Only Auxiliary Material. 4.
