The Contract Is The Provision Of The Technical Assistance And Management Service Of The Office Of Technical Aid For European Projects (Oatpe) Of The Diputación De Valencia. These Specialized Technical Assistance Services And Consulting For The Municipalities Of The Province, The Diputación De Valencia Itself, As Well As Any Public Law Entity In Which A Municipality Where Its Role Is Relevant (Hereinafter “Key Agents”) Participates. The Projected Contract Is A Service Contract For The Management And Execution Of A Technical Office Dependent On The Diputación De Valencia That Will Cover The Need That It Has To Attend And Advise On The Search, Collection And Management Of Community Funds For Local Entities, Promote The Transfer Of Knowledge Linked To European Projects Between The Technicians And Elected Positions Of The Province Of Valencia, Enable The Presentation Of European Projects In Which The Deputation Of Valencia Is A Partner, Or Partner. European, And Bring And Disseminate Europe And Financing Programs To The Local Administration. The Specialized Technical Assistance And Consulting Service Object Of This Contract Will Be Carried Out By The Winner From Its Own Offices/ Facilities (Telephone, Telematic, By Email And/ Or Through The Website Of The Diputación De Valencia) And Also Having To Move Any Member Of The Technical Team Assigned, Both To The Municipalities And Territories That Require It, As To The Dependencies Of The Provincial Council Of Valencia.
