The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) For The Needs Of The Employer. Energy Will Be Delivered On The Basis Of One Agreement Concluded By The Częstochowa Poviat On Behalf Of The Organizational Units Listed In Annex 7 To Swz. The Supplied Electricity Must Meet The Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266 Amended) Executive Acts And Polish Standards. The Setting Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. Exchange Of Electricity Consumption Points Energy Consumption For The Last 12 Months And With A Contractual Capacity For Each Of The Collection Points Was Described In Detail In Annex 7 To Swz - A List Of Electricity Collection Points Covered By The Order.
