The Implementation Of The Task Provides For Adapting The Object To The Needs Of Disabled People And People With Special Needs, So As To Provide Them With Full And Safe Access To All The Functions Of The Building. 2) The Subject Of The Contract Covers: A) The Construction Of An External Elevator, Which Includes The Following Works: • Preparatory And Demolition Works • Construction And Finishing Works Of The Crane Shaft + Roofing Above The Entrance To The Shaft • Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Crane • Making Pavements Made Of Concrete Cubes In The Region Of The Elevator • Electrical Installation) Internal Works For Disabled People, In The Disabled, The Composition Of Which Includes The Following Works: • Renovation Of Bathrooms • Installation Of Door (Internal) Joinery • Suspended Ceilings • Floors • Renovation Of External Stairs • Painting Walls With Anti -Allergic Paints Are The Eligible Cost Of The Investment, Andc) Replacement Of The Switchgear And Wiring Of The Electrical Installation Together With The Led -Type Lighting Are The Unlisted Cost Of The Investment) The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By:  Bill Of Quantities - Annex 4 To Swz  Design Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex 6 To Swz,  Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To Swz4) The Contractual Provisions Adopted The Principle Of Flat -Rate Remuneration, Thus, Which Is Also Included In The Documentation Valuation Of Individual Elements Of Works.5) The Contracting Authority Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Performance Of The Order, Divided Into Eligible Expense And The Cost -Eligible Cost, As A Flat -Rate Price, Which Includes The Performance Of All The Elements Of The Contract Being The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Contract Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Day Of Submitting The Offer.6) The Contracting Authority Requires The Contract With The Selected Contractor A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of Project Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible Local Vision, Carried Out By The Contractor.
