Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Transmission Of Natural Gas From The Gas Network To Buildings Actually Managed By The City Of Ząbki And To The Volunteer Fire Brigade Building In Ząbki
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Gas Fuel And The Provision Of Distribution Services - High -Mannary Natural Gas (Group E) To The Installation Located In The Facilities Of The Ząbki City Hall, Buildings Actually Managed By The City Of Ząbki And The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Ząbki On The Principles Set Out By The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Energy Law, In Accordance With Applicable Ordinances To The Abovementioned Of The Act, The Principles Set Out In Concessions And Other Commonly Applicable Regulations. 2. The Total Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel, Which Will Be Supplied During The Order, Is 2,382 294 Kwh. The Amount Of Fuel Is Estimated On The Basis Of Current Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Not Collecting The Expected Amount Of Fuel By The Ordering Party. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz.
