The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Investor Supervision Service Over Investment Implementation As Part Of The Project Entitled: Modernization Of Infrastructure And Retrofitting Of A Care And Care Plant In Order To Increase The Bed Base And Increase The Quality Of Services Rendered At Nzoz Łużyckie Medical Center In Lubań In Full Extent During The Construction Period. Investors Supervision Will Be Exercised In Relation To Construction Works, Implemented On The Basis Of An Approved Construction Project And The Final Decision On Building Permit And Technical Projects Obtained By Efforts And At The Expense Of The General Contractor. In Addition, The Scope Of The Investors Supervision Service Takes Into Account The Verification Of Technical Projects For Compliance With The Regulations And Participation In The Receipt Procedure Required By The Provisions To Enable The Use Of The Facility Being The Subject Of The Above -Mentioned Investment As Intended. Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, If Required, Lies With The General Contractor Of The Work.
