1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Technical Support For The Dell/Emc Servers Owned By The Employer (As Described By The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz) .1) The Technical Support Service Should Be Provided As Standard Than Post Standard Support (For Servers Included In Table 1 In Item 1-6) With The Keep Your Hard Drive Option Nbd (For Servers Included In Table No. 1 In Items 7-9) With The Keep Your Hard Drive Option For Dell/Emc Servers, Including: A) The Possibility Of Telephone Reporting In A Minimum Of 8 Hours A Day, 5 Hours A Day, And Sending Service Entries 24 Hours A Day Through The Indicated Service Address Of The Manufacturer Or Authorized Service The Manufacturer, B) The Reaction Of The Manufacturers Service At The Ordering Partys Headquarters In The Event Of A Failure Of The Equipment Should Take Place By Time By The Next Business Day Following The Manufacturers Or Authorized Service Of The Manufacturer Of The Problem And The Recognition That Help At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Is Necessary, C) Direct, Registered Access To The Manufacturers Technical Assistance Center For 24 Hours A Day, Enabling Direct, Self -Opening By The Ordering Party Service Applications At The Manufacturers Technical Support Center Without Limit For The Number Of Queries, D) Disable Replacement Includes The Keep Your Disk Option (In The Event Of A Data Carrier Failure - Hard Disk, The Manufacturers Service Lists The Carrier Without The Need To Return The Damaged Media) Throughout The Support Period, E) In The Case Of Support Of Prosupport Nbd The Service Should Ensure At Least Access To The Latest Equipment Software And Download The Latest Software From The Manufacturer, F) Repair Of A Damaged Device At The Installation Site (On-Site) .2) The Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract And The License Terms Of The Device Manufacturer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Manufacturers License Conditions At The Latest On The Day Of Launching The Service. 3) The Period Of Covering The Manufacturers Technical Support: A) From The Date Of Launch Of The Service To 02.08.2026. Launching The Service Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract - For Item 1 - 6 From Table 1 In Opz.B) From The Date Of Launch Of The Service Until 15.10.2026. Laying Of The Service Within 14 Days From Conclusion Of The Contract - For Position 7 - 9 From Table 1 In Opz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
